REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made through exshock.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

— GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of our fulfillment model (dropshipping and third-party suppliers), all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met.

We do not guarantee refunds for change of mind.

— ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

the item arrives damaged the item is defective the wrong item was received the item is lost in transit (confirmed)

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may be rejected.

— NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

incorrect shipping address provided by the customer delays caused by shipping carriers or customs minor variations in product appearance change of mind after purchase items used, worn, or damaged by the customer

— PROOF REQUIREMENTS

To process a claim, you must provide:

order number clear photos or video of the issue description of the problem.

Without sufficient proof, the request may be denied.

— REFUND PROCESS

If approved:

a refund will be issued to the original payment method processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund.

— RETURNS

In most cases, returns are not required.

If a return is required:

you will receive instructions by email items must be unused and in original condition return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer

Do not send items back without approval.

— SHIPPING DAMAGES

If your item arrives damaged:

contact us within 7 days include photo/video evidence.

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

— LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

you must contact your local carrier first.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
after confirmed delivery.

— SUPPLEMENTS AND INGESTIBLE PRODUCTS

Due to health and safety regulations, all dietary supplements and ingestible products are non-returnable once opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

— PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENT

To be eligible for return, products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all safety seals intact.

— NO REFUND FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCE

We do not issue refunds based on taste, preference, or dissatisfaction if the product was delivered as described.

— CARRIER INVESTIGATION

Claims related to lost or damaged shipments may require investigation with the shipping carrier before a refund or replacement is approved.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

— EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

— CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only within a limited time after purchase.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
